Meet The Staff

Alisa, RDH – Office Manager
Alisa graduated from Dental Hygiene school in 1999. She joined Dr. Frank’s team in 2001. After thirteen years of providing hygiene services in his office, she made the move to the front office as Director of Communications and has enjoyed growing in that arena ever since. In 2020, she officially took on the role as office manager. Alisa and her husband have a son and a daughter and have graduated to empty nesters. She enjoys camping and hiking, FSU athletics, traveling and volunteers at the local animal shelter.

Amy graduated from the Tallahassee Community College Dental Assisting Program in 2005 and has worked with Dr. Frank ever since. Her and her husband have two young boys. She is very involved with the PTO at their school. She also enjoys gardening and traveling with her family with their RV in tow.

Angie has been in the dental field over 30 years. Behind her smile is a woman who is passionate about getting to know our patients and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Angie has been with Dr. Frank since 2020. Angie is a native of Tallahassee. She loves to travel, dine out and spend time with family.

Ashley Leggett graduated in 2004 from Tallahassee Community College as a Certified Dental Assistant. She began working as a dental assistant for Dr. Frank later that year. Over the years, Ashley has worked in all areas of the office and does whatever is needed to keep us running smoothly. With both her clinical and front office experience, she has become a strong administrative asset and joined the admin team full time in 2022.
Ashley’s hobbies include having a small ranch and raising her two boys as rodeo cowboys. In Ashley’s free time, she and her husband can be found hauling kids and horses to ropings and rodeos.

Chelsea’s career in the dental field began after graduating from the dental assisting program at Tallahassee Community College in 2014. She started as a Certified Dental Assistant for Dr. Frank in 2016. She and her husband have one daughter, who is their drive for success. Chelsea’s hobbies include graphic design, photography, crafting, and spending time with family!

Hannah earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Tallahassee Community College in 2019. The first few years of her career were spent working in pediatric dentistry which she thoroughly enjoyed. We are very excited that she has joined our team! She is enjoying the opportunity to form relationships with patients of all ages. She is the youngest of four and was raised on a farm on the outskirts of Tallahassee. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, watching football and visiting my family’s lake house.

As a lifelong native of Wakulla county, Kristel received both her Dental Hygiene and Associate of Arts degree from Tallahassee Community College in 2005. Kristel has been working with Dr. Frank since 2011.
Kristel cherishes spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling internationally, shopping and canoeing.
Fun Fact – She always wears funny socks and loves anything with pickles.

Lois received her Dental Hygiene degree from Palm Beach Junior College. She has worked for Dr. Frank since 1995, dedicating herself to his practice with loyalty, commitment and enthusiasm. She is passionate about her career, exhibiting compassion, understanding, kindness, and attention towards her patients while providing education for maintaining their oral health. Most of her patients have been under her care for 30 plus years, becoming her extended family.
She has one son and two cherished grandsons, all of whom light up her life.
She enjoys spending time by her pool with family and friends, walking, dancing, reading, Pilates and socializing with friends resulting in a busy, active life.

Nancy has been in the dental profession for 50 years. She was a dental assistant before attending dental hygiene school at Miami-Dade graduating in 1975. She practiced in North Miami for 5 years. In 1980, Nancy relocated to Tallahassee. After working in various dental offices, she found a home with Dr Frank Swerdzewski in 1983.
Nancy spends time getting to know her patients and building long term relationships. She loves educating her patients on their oral health and believes that creating a healthy oral environment leads to overall better health. Nancy enjoys sewing, traveling and her greatest passion is playing golf.
